Designed by the talented Alice D'Andrea Yaletown's newest foray in Italian Cuisine feels like you stepped off the streets of a small Italian town. As you enter, the smells of Chef/Owner Alessandro Riccobono's fresh daily pastas complete the translocation as you peruse the composed assortment imported pantry goods, Salumi, Formaggi and fresh-made pastas to take home with your lunch. Tiles on floors and walls supplied by Burnaby's Centanni Tile - specializing, like their clients of La Bottega, in premium European goods to bring the vision to fruition.
Venezia Elysee
12" x 12"
With strong natural elements like raw wood, rich vegetation and ripe ingredients - the space is teeming with life. To lean into the biophillia of the space, Venezia Elysee was chosen for compass-point feature columns around the space. The soft greens evoking basil, thyme and other fresh herbs in the sauces and the deep rusty tones perfectly matching the copper pendants and other metal accents in the space.
Mutaz Gris
24" x 24"
A busy restaurant/retail setting in Yaletown needs a durable slip-resistant flooring that can handle many people each day and look good doing it! Mutaz Gris in 24x24" with its non-rectified edge and progressive In-Out glaze was the ideal choice to keep their clients safe and the small space feeling large and beautiful throughout a long day of filling client's hearts and bellies.
