There is one style of tile that is quintessentially North American - the Subway Tile. George C. Heins and Christopher Grant La Farge created the style in 1904 for the NYC Subway project, hence the name. Times have changed a little since then and the original 3x6” format has been stretched to a more modern 4x16”.
Subway collection features pressed edges with a continuous lug. Grouted joints will appear 1mm larger, please select spacers accordingly.
